Located in Hatkhola, Biratnagar, the industrial capital of Eastern Nepal, our state-of-the-art facility manufactures Super Enameled Copper Winding Wires from SWG 8 to SWG 42, Copper Strips, Paper Covered Strips, Earthing Wires, and Annealed Copper Wires. Our manufacturing capacity caters not only to the surging demands of the domestic Nepalese market but also maintains an active vision to export premium electrical conductors to India and third countries.

A high-grade winding wire requires flawless raw materials. We source only certified high-purity electrolytic virgin copper rods and multi-grade polyester enamels.
Raw materials consist of continuous cast electrolytic copper rods imported directly from accredited refineries in India and third countries, guaranteeing 99.99% purity and maximum electrical conductivity.
We utilize modified polyester, polyurethane, and polyesterimide enamels in classes B (130°C), F (155°C), and H (180°C) to withstand aggressive thermal cycles and chemical exposure.
Our rigid raw material inspection, continuous in-process diameter & pinhole monitoring, and final functionality tests in our laboratory ensure every batch complies with IS, IEC, and NS standards.
